How much does it cost to become an Affiliate? Being an affiliate of VAAM-Power.com is FREE! There are no fees of any kind for applying to and participating in the VAAM-Power.com Online Reseller Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement or sales quota you must reach before earning referral fees with our program. You start earning referral fees right away. How much does VAAM-Power.com pay me in referral fees? Referral fees are 10% of the purchase price for each VAAM order (this excludes shipping and handling fees). When and how will I get paid? We will pay your referral fees on a monthly basis. We use PayPal to pay you your referral fees on the 30th of the month following your sales referrals. All commission payments are made on the 30th of the month following via PayPal so you must have a PayPal account. If you don't yet have a PayPal account get one here, it's free. No matter how you integrate it into your website, we give you complete control.
You can have a text link to us directly from your main page, your "other links" page, or wherever you deem appropriate at your site.
We recommend that you link to us on your main page because of the exposure. You may say something like "Learn more about VAAM - secret of success of Olympic Marathoner". We recommend the main page because it has the highest exposure to your visitors, and of course, the more people that link to VAAM Power website and purchase VAAM, the more money you make. This will be explained in more detail when you receive your Welcome Package after signing up. Here are a couple of other pointers for listing VAAM Power on your website. Placing a text link on your site:
This is the most common and easiest way to earn referral fees. Simply place a VAAM Power link on high traffic parts of your website for visitors to click on.
Topically-oriented websites:
Most websites, especially those that focus on a particular subject area, will want to set up a link from their main page used specifically to link to VAAM Power. In other words, with your selections on your main page (main menu), you would have VAAM Power as an option. It would look as if VAAM Power is part of your website, but it is really going to our server.
Magazine-styled sites:
Sites featuring articles, reviews and interviews may want to use a different approach. An article about VAAM, a testimonial, or a lab study about VAAM are all possibilities. Linking VAAM Power in context is a simple way to make it available for sale; you could also insert a phrase like "(find out more)" or "(click here to learn more about VAAM)", next to the title, and link from there instead.
We will go into detail on how to do this in the "Welcome Package" you get by email as soon as you join our affiliate program. How will my visitors order? Overview:
1. Simply stated, you link to the VAAM Power website. In turn, we'll run everything for you by recording, processing and fulfilling your customer orders.
2. Visitors to your website may click on the link to the VAAM Power webpage.
3. They go to the VAAM Power website.
4. If they decide to order, they purchase VAAM using our online ordering process.
5. We at VAAM Power ship the orders to them and send them their receipt.
It is all hands free on your part. We do all the work and you receive a commission payment every month for linking to VAAM Power.
In more detail:
First, your customers will browse your website and find the description of VAAM Power that you have included in your pages. If your description catches their interest and they wish to find out more, they would follow the link you provide to VAAM Power.
Once they click on the text link, they will go to the VAAM Power website and will read about the product.
Once the customer begins to finalize an order, the VAAM Power team takes over. From this point forward, they'll get complete customer service directly from the dedicated and professional team at VAAM Power.
We will handle all of the financial transactions. Our customer service department will answer any questions or requests they have about the product. Can we take the order of VAAM on our website instead, and just send you the customer information afterward? No. We are solely responsible for the distribution of VAAM, therefore we can update the site as necessary with updates, news articles, testimonials, lab studies, price changes, etc. VAAM Power cannot be responsible for any errors in your content simply because you may not update your pages as often as we do. We also offer a secure website which is essential in collecting online orders. How do you calculate referral fees? Referral fees are earned on each sale:
Every order referred from your website will be eligible for a 10% referral fee (plus 2% of any sales referred by a sub-affiliate who was introduced by you).
VAAM will be sold to your visitors at the same price offered direct from the VAAM Power website. Any discount being offered to our customers will also apply to customers who follow special links from your sponsoring website. See the complete text of the operating agreement for details. How will you keep track of the orders coming from my site? We will provide you with specially formatted URLs that you will use to link to our site. These URL's will identify a particular "Associate Number" for us to display, and your unique store code that we use to track your referral fees as they are earned.
This number is assigned to you after you apply to join the Vaam Power Affiliate Program. We use AssocTrac® affiliate tracking software that hides your affiliate number in our order forms. Your affiliate number is hidden in HTML code on our online order forms so the customer never sees it.
AssocTrac® is very sophisticated and reliable software that goes beyond any other tracking software available.
To give you just the basics, AssocTrac not only uses cookies to store your affiliate number in the appropriate web pages for order tracking, but if the visitor's browser has the "cookies" feature turned off, our software falls back to CGI scripting to track the order. This insures that you get credit for EVERY order that is placed from a visitor that linked to us from your website. No other businesses that have affiliate programs that we are aware of, use this kind of technology to verify that you get paid for EVERY single order from visitors that come from your website. AssocTrac is a step ahead of any other tracking software out there. If you don't understand what "cookies" are... don't worry... we were just trying to explain to those people who have questions about this, how we "cover all the basics" to ensure that you get credit for every sale generated through your link(s) to VAAM Power.
If someone visits VAAM Power through your link to our site and does not buy one of our products right away...but returns within 2 years to purchase VAAM... you will still get credit for that sale and earn your referral fee as the cookie stays in place for 2 years (and if they have their "cookies" turned off on their browser, our CGI tracking software will always point to your reference number if they bookmark us and return later to purchase). This is a very big advantage to you as you get paid referral fees for purchases in the future! How will I know how much VAAM was sold to visitors who came through my site? When you join we give you a special URL that you can use to find out on a daily basis how many visitors have come from your site to www.vaam-power.com and of those how many have bought Vaam. You will receive email confirmation of each order from your referral moments after it is placed (for your records). Is there an online report that tells me how much I've earned? Yes there is. Our online Affiliate Resource Center allows you to find out how much commission you've earned and how much traffic you've generated. Once you join the program, we will send give you the website address of the center with your username and password. How do orders coming from my Web site get tracked? When you signup to become a reseller, you are assigned a unique ID number. All of the links that we create for you contain this ID number in a special format. Without this unique number in the URL of your link, you won't be able to get credit for purchases by customers coming from your site. What kind of income can I expect? It depends on the type of people that visit your site, how many visitors you receive monthly, and how much exposure you give the link(s) to VAAM Power.
